Regional Business Manager (Pampanga) Join to apply for the Regional Business Manager (Pampanga) role at Allianz PNB Life . Purpose of the Role As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for the buildup and growth of the Agency operations in your designated geographical block through the following key activities: recruitment of Managing Partners (MP), identification of strategic locations to set up branch offices, branch expansion, and design/implementation of contests and drives to boost sales and manpower count. You will also handle manpower issues such as agent validation and termination, working with relevant back‑office departments for resolution. Responsibilities Recruitment of MPs Initiate sourcing of MP candidates and negotiate their recruitment in the Grafting or MDA program Ensure prospective MPs possess the prescribed qualities and skills Recruitment, Onboarding, Activation, and Retention (ROAR) of MP recruits Branch office expansion: ensure physical offices meet Allianz standards Select prospective MPs and teams compliant with Allianz standards Negotiate and secure physical branch offices for new and existing teams Manage production-related matters and collaborate with Head Office Launch programs with the training department to enhance leader training and development Work closely with ADMs to ensure consistent goal‑setting and business review sessions Conceptualize, prepare, and launch initiatives that increase Manpower, Activity Ratio, Case Count, and Case Size (MACC) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field 3–5 years of experience as a successful sales representative Excellent motivational, supervisory, communication, and leadership skills Ability to design and implement short‑term and long‑term business strategies Experience with AI‑driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Financial Services and Insurance Company Overview Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
