About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our pharmaceutical portfolio across key therapeutic classes, including Anesthesia, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, and Critical Care . This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and coach District Sales Managers and Medical Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the assigned therapeutic areas, aligned with company objectives and market needs. Conduct performance reviews, mentor team members, and foster a culture of accountability and growth. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors and pharmacists. Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and recommend actions to capture new opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive pharmaceutical sales experience, with proven success as a District Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical ability with experience in sales forecasting and KPI monitoring. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. #J-18808-Ljbffr
