Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Strategic Market Planning to join our team in the commodities industry. The role focuses on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to grow brand presence and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats; use insights to inform marketing strategy and product positioning.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Experience in the commodities industry or related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
