Business Process Senior Associate

Overview We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for inputting and verifying client’s application in the system; information included includes personal, medical, and financial details. They also determine necessary requirements and issue policies. Position Responsibilities Input and verify client information in the system 90% of the time. Create necessary requirements 10% of the time. Ensure all information is correct before issuance to prevent compliance errors. Complete all assigned cases within the specified turnaround time. Communicate effectively with underwriters and other departments. Consistently meet service level targets and handle transactions accurately with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications Open for fresh graduates, though preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience in a professional setting. Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations. A bachelor\u2019s degree in any field is required. Amenable for rotating mid shift. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft tools Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
