Job Overview Join Dempsey Resource Management as an Account Manager with 3 years of experience and a salary range of 40k-45k, located in Antipolo. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications, and 3-5 years of account servicing experience in an advertising or creative agency. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary daily contact for assigned clients, build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers and marketing teams, and understand client needs to translate them into actionable briefs. Campaign & Project Execution: Manage day-to-day execution of ATL, BTL, and Digital campaigns, write and deliver clear and concise briefs to Creative, Digital, Strategy, and Production teams, and monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Financial Management: Prepare cost estimates, monitor project profitability, track billing and collections, and support the Senior Account Manager/Director in revenue forecasting. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner with Creative and Strategy to deliver impactful solutions, work with Digital teams to ensure campaigns leverage performance and platform best practices, and coordinate with Production/Procurement for BTL activations and third-party vendor requirements. Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular status reports to clients and internal leadership, track KPIs and campaign results, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Team Support & Development: Mentor Account Executives, collaborate with peers to share best practices in client servicing, and provide feedback upward on account challenges and opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications. 3-5 years of account servicing experience in an advertising or creative agency. Solid understanding of ATL, BTL, and Digital marketing. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Workamajig, or similar).
