Responsibilities Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making across departments. Utilize and promote usage of analytics products like Power BI dashboards, Data Stories, Machine Learning Forecasts, AI Models, etc. Collaborate with various teams, such as marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, to understand business requirements and tailor data solutions. Use statistical methods to identify patterns and correlations in data. Prepare and present reports that communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest data tools, technologies, and industry trends. Provide support to the rest of the analytics team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience as a data analyst or similar role, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain. Experience in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus. Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in an understandable way. Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
