Join the G Nation today The Product Manager - MADTech will: Define product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals, user needs, and monetization objectives. Act as a business owner of the product, responsible for translating business needs into clear and actionable product strategies. Create and refine business requirements and collaborate with tech teams to translate them into scalable, efficient solutions. Make data-informed decisions and provide strategic direction, whether related to product features, go-to-market tactics, or platform optimizations. Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering, data, design, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product execution. Partner with stakeholders (Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Finance) to gather requirements and align priorities. Conduct user research and analyze market trends to inform product strategy. Define and track success metrics to measure product impact. The ideal candidate Displays : Strategic thinking and ability to balance short-term wins with long-term vision. Strong business acumen and the ability to assess trade-offs across financial, user, and technical dimensions. Analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable interpreting metrics to drive prioritization and direction. Clear, confident communicator across technical and business audiences. Ownership mindset with bias for action and accountability. Curiosity and eagerness to stay ahead of MADTech trends and innovations. The Product Manager - MADTech will Deliver : Clear and actionable business demands, product roadmaps, and specifications. Launched features and platforms that create business and user value. Business cases and prioritization frameworks to support decision-making. Performance reports and data-informed product improvements. Documentation for technical teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners. Continuous iteration of product features based on feedback and analytics.
