Finance Manager (Property | Commercial | Retail) Join HR TechX Corp. as a Finance Manager overseeing financial operations for the property, commercial, and retail sectors. Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Taguig Work Schedule: Compressed Work Week Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Oversee end‑to‑end financial operations including general accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support business decision‑making. Monitor and analyze cash flow, P&L statements, balance sheets, and variance reports. Develop and implement financial strategies and internal controls to safeguard company assets. Manage sales revenue performance of the stores and analyze revenue trends and margins. Supervise billing, invoicing, and collection processes. Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards. Lead annual budgeting process and prepare regulatory filings and tax returns. Leverage SAP and other financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy. Mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals. Partner with senior management and cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required. Minimum of 6 years progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in property management, commercial real estate, or retail. Proven expertise in sales revenue management, billing, collection, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance. Hands‑on experience with SAP or other enterprise financial systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
