Your Role:

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day procurement and accounts payable function in Concur, supporting the AP, AR & Credit manager, and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure timely payment of invoices.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Accounts Payable and Payment runs.
  • Managing daily tasks of verification and validation of invoices and matching to purchase orders in Concur.
  • Working with business stakeholders to ensure timely raising of purchase requests and orders.
  • Performing month-end tasks and reconciliations for all bank accounts, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivables.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new suppliers and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
  • Supporting the preparation of EFTs and customer refunds.
  • Ensuring Accounts Payables processes and policies are adhered to.
  • Being the backup for the AP, AR & Credit manager as required.
  • Assisting the AP, AR, and Credit manager with ad-hoc activities.

What You Need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payables function.
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Process and deadline-driven mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Good commercial and business acumen.
  • Strong communication skills.
