Overview
Learning Interactions Expert (E-Learning Developer) – TaskUs Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines
Responsibilities- Develop interactive and engaging self-paced lessons, including guided tool simulations, interactive lessons and assessments, instructional videos, and game-based courses.
- Coordinate with the LX Design Team to develop learning experiences that target desired learning outcomes.
- Utilize graphics, video, and course authoring software to create visually appealing instructional media, applying visual design principles.
- Adhere to project timelines and measure impact of media on learning outcomes (Kirkpatrick Levels 1–3).
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts or equivalent (not required, but preferred).
- 1–2 years of work experience in related field; training delivery experience is an advantage but not required; experience in developing instructional materials.
- Experience creating static and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
- Experience with at least one e-learning authoring tool (Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline preferred).
- Strong grasp of visual design principles; familiarity with e-learning development concepts (Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, Gagne’s 9 Events, Mayer’s 12 Principles).
- Ability to learn new software/hardware easily; background in computer programming is a plus.
