Overview Accounts Receivable Specialist (2+ Years) | Night Shift / Hybrid Infinit-O Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Description Accounts Receivable Specialist Key Responsibilities Generate and issue customer invoices for several subsidiaries and business lines. Invoices may be issued on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Process incoming payments, ensuring timely and accurate application to customer accounts. Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to resolve outstanding receivables and obtain payment status. Reconcile and maintain accurate accounts receivable records and investigate discrepancies. Assist in the preparation of aging reports and monthly financial reports. Support implementation of new invoicing and revenue automation tools. Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in the General Ledger and NetSuite by preparing and posting accounts receivable transactions. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Provide support during annual financial statement audits. Perform other duties as assigned related to accounts receivable and financial reporting. Requirements Job Requirements and Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as organizational skills. Ability to work independently and remotely and as part of a team. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Desired (Plus but not a requirement) Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite experience is a plus).
