PURPOSE OF ROLE
Reporting into CG Wellington, the Country Manager of DairyPRO is responsible for the overall operations and financials of DairyPRO, driving operational excellence, efficiency and safety.
- Leading and growing business in the Philippines.
- Developing and executing sales strategies, in collaboration with Marketing, to increase revenues, profit margins and end-user/consumer satisfaction.
- Ensuring the achievement of financial and operational objectives in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Crafting a strategic vision, spearheading the deliverables for optimized productivity, and holding accountabilities.
- Marshalling resources to meet the financial targets/performance of the organization - including targeted revenues, sales margins and EBITDA.
- Shaping the work environment and delivering standards of excellence and quality to its customers (product and service).
- Fostering an engaged workforce by developing and implementing initiatives to elevate employees’ experiences, which will directly translate into elevated customers’ experiences.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team to strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.

- As a leader within the CG Wellington family of Companies, actively engage with peers and colleagues in broader strategic organizational initiatives.
- Serve as a change agent for CG Wellington initiatives and projects, providing support, direction and leadership within the Company and across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Business Leadership & Financial Performance: Own and deliver financial performance for the Philippines and Southeast Asia, including revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA targets.
- Seek opportunities for expansion and growth by developing a regional network, fostering new business relationships and driving business development.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence within the region.
- Manage pricing and costing (including quoting) of projects to ensure competitiveness while protecting gross margin requirements.
- Oversee regional operations in alignment with CGW’s vision, mission, and values.
- Collaborate with the President of CG Wellington to create and implement strategies aligned with CGW objectives.
- Translate corporate strategy into local execution plans for the team.
- Develop and communicate key performance goals for the Company and functional teams, including balance sheet and P&L responsibility.
- Produce annual plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocate resources; review progress; and adjust as needed.
Team & Operational Management
- Provide leadership and direction to sales/service/technical/warehouse team members in the region.
- Build a high-performing culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper training, development, and succession planning across the team.
- Maintain supplier relationships and manage purchases, freight, customs and brokerage activities.
Commercial & Customer Focus
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Oversee customer service excellence, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and dealings with government/regulatory bodies.
- Identify market trends and share opportunistic developments with peers.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all local, regional, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
- Work with corporate and external advisors to stay ahead of changing compliance landscapes in the Philippines and SE Asia.
Collaboration
- Serve as the key point of contact between the region and corporate leadership.
- Provide timely reporting on financial performance, market intelligence, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with global corporate policies, processes, and values.
- Build influential, collaborative internal cross-functional relationships and steward excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Personal Conduct
- Demonstrate alignment with CG Wellington’s Code of Conduct and ensure commitment to policy by all team members.
- Model CG Wellington core values: people-first, solutions-driven, integrity, teamwork, and accountability.
- Additional responsibilities and support as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial and operational leadership, ideally within manufacturing, animal health, or related industries.
- Strong track record of delivering EBITDA and financial growth targets.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across sales and service.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record in dairy, agriculture, or animal health markets, with strong understanding of industry dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across cultures.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Great strategic business planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Demonstrated execution of goal-setting responsibilities.
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans and budgets, and period reporting.
- Commitment to excellence and strong sense of accountability.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with global Canadian headquarters.
