Scientific Manager

To support our team in Philippines, Poulpharm is looking for a Scientific Manager (m/f/x) .

• Actively collaborate on ongoing research projects and coordinate their execution.
• Design projects by drafting and/or refining protocols.
• Analyze and interpret test results and translate them into clear reports and recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop, optimize, and/or validate new methods and analyses.
• Validate and implement new equipment operationally.
• Provide technical and scientific advice that contributes to the further professionalization of our activities.
• Provide scientific support to the various business units within the company.

You will work closely with colleagues from the laboratory and animal facilities and report directly to the Department Manager.

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Experience in laboratory research or as a study director in (pre-)clinical trials is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to quickly learn new techniques and accurately process data into scientific reports.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
