Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities: Promotes food raw materials currently represented by the Company to the Food Industry and checks areas for possible business development. Conducts regular visits to clients and develops good business relationships with key persons & decision makers as indicated in the Territory Coverage Plan. Develops new projects and requests for samples to be submitted to clients, arranges technical presentations if needed, checks for new requirements, and negotiates for orders. Arranges client visits/virtual meetings with principals and provides all the necessary assistance during the visit. Effectively negotiates business offers to customers within the prescribed pricing limit or otherwise approved by the Business Unit Manager. Submits needed reports such as supplier’s monthly activity reports and local market activities. Assists the accounting department with payment follow-ups and provides inputs on the financial standing of assigned accounts. Conducts research on information related to food (developments, market trends, innovations) and monitors competition by gathering current market information on pricing, existing and new products, and marketing strategies. Assists with customer complaints in coordination with the technical sales coordinator to ensure that after-sales services are provided to clients. Provides technical support and assistance to customers in production trials, product application, and other related concerns when needed. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or other related fields. Fresh graduates who are trainable and have a passion for Sales are welcome to apply. Good organizational skills to juggle various tasks necessary to develop the business. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written). Proficient in using Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Good interpersonal abilities and compatibility in a medium-sized company/workplace. Proactive, with a strong drive and motivation.
