QAQC Site Staff – Hamana Project Location: Arcadis Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Role Description For rehiring of QAQC site staff for Hamana Project. Responsibilities Determine and perform inspections on all procedures and oversee testing methods of materials to maintain high standards in quality. Assist Senior QAQC in reviewing material qualities to ensure compliance with project requirements. Generate and update all QAQC submittal documents for review by Senior QAQC prior to submission to client. Assist Senior QAQC in all weekly site construction meetings with the client and in-house Operations team. Conduct daily inspections and generate punchlists and NCRs for the review of Senior QAQC prior to submission to client. Ensure and monitor that punchlist entries (both internal and client‑driven) are completed before any viewing or handover. Be knowledgeable in standard procedures for testing and material inspection. Ensure that delivered materials comply with client standards and specifications. Implement quality control policies. Establish QAQC protocols and processes for each project. Be knowledgeable in QAQC auditing and the ISO Quality Management System. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications. 2–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control Management. Experience on upscale construction projects within the hospitality sector. Good knowledge and hands‑on experience in External & Internal Quality Audit Programme. Proven knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
