Role description For rehiring of QAQC site staff for Hamana Project. Role accountabilities Determine and perform inspections on all procedures and oversee testing methods of materials to maintain high standard in quality. Assist Senior QAQC for review of material qualities to ensure compliance to project requirements. Generate and update all QAQC submittal documents for review of Senior QAQC prior submission to client. Assist Senior QAQC in all weekly site construction meetings with the client and IN-house Operations team. Do daily inspection and generate punchlists and NCRs for the review of Senior QAQC prior submission to client. Ensure and monitor that punchlist internal and client’s punchlist are done prior to any viewing or handover. Knowledgeable in the standard procedures in testing and material inspection. Ensure that the materials delivered complies with the client standard and specifications. Implement quality control policies. Establish QAQC protocols and processes for each project. Knowledgeable in QAQC auditing and the ISO Quality Management System. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications. Has 2-8 years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control Management. Experience on upscale Construction Projects within hospitality sector. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in External & Internal Quality Audit Programme. Proven knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Able communicate with management and Main Client confidently and professionally. Continue your career journey as an Arcadian.
