Overview

Operational Excellence Specialist, and aspiring Data or AI Consultant

We’re looking for a forward-thinking, client-centric problem-solver to join our growing Operational Excellence team. This role is about more than dashboards and reports — you’ll document and enhance processes, solve real business challenges, and serve as a trusted partner to clients through consultative engagement and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Process Documentation & Enhancement
    • Document and re-engineer existing processes, policies, and SOPs
    • Recommend enhancements that promote scalability, consistency, and efficiency
    • Establish compliance checkpoints and create tools to reinforce operational excellence
    • Develop QA trackers and mini-dashboards to sustain standards
  • 2. Operational Problem-Solving
    • Conduct root cause and trend analysis to identify performance gaps
    • Apply data storytelling to simplify complex issues and propose actionable solutions
    • Co-create targeted interventions with clients and measure their impact
  • 3. High-Impact Client Engagement
    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
    • Partner with Sales and Client Services to align on success metrics
    • Present insights, progress, and recommendations through executive-ready reports and presentations
  • 4. Consultative Selling & Strategic Influence
    • Identify opportunities to introduce solutions based on operational gaps
    • Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver billable Operational Excellence initiatives
    • Influence change by positioning yourself as a strategic advisor to clients
  • 5. Insight-Driven Analytics
    • Design real-time dashboards and centralized monitoring tools
    • Solve reporting challenges with tailored, client-focused solutions
    • Extract valuable insights to address client pain points and elevate performance
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong skills in analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and confidence in client-facing interactions
  • Experience in process documentation, QA, or operational consulting (preferred)
  • A builder’s mindset, with curiosity and adaptability
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
