Job Description

  • Assist in general information technology support requirements within expertise
  • Facilitate restoration of service within the prescribed Service Level Agreement (SLA) on each incident
  • Escalate incident tickets that cannot be resolved to upper-level support
  • Perform routine AV equipment checks on conference rooms to ensure usability and readiness
  • Provide on demand support to events hosted within the client premises
  • Participate in system upgrade activities and perform in-scope tasks
  • Comply with policies and safety procedures
  • Identify problems necessitating need-based solutions
  • Accomplish daily status updates of all pending customer complaints

Job Specifications

  • At least 1 year of work experience in the related field
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, installation, configuration, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in handling ticketing system/ticket management
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible for shifting/rotational schedule
  • Willing to work in Pasig City
  • Can start ASAP

Description

  • Receives and handles service requests following agreed procedures
  • Logs incidents and service requests; maintains relevant records
  • Identifies and classifies incident types and service interruptions
  • Records incidents and their resolution; ensures alignment with SLA and information security requirements
  • Escalates complex or unresolved incidents
  • Responds to day-to-day operational needs to avoid service disruptions
  • Provides information to enable fulfillment of common service requests
  • Maintains records and informs users of actions taken

Position : Technical Support Representative

Location : Pasig / Palawan / other

Salary : Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Qualifications

  • 1 year of Technical Support experience (preferred)
  • 3 years of Customer Service experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with leadership levels
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment

Responsibilities

  • Document and report issues in CRM
  • Provide exceptional service to customers
  • Act as customer advocate and liaison with internal teams
