Overview Service Management Associates provide overall support to Service Management Department in relation to implementation and after-sales related activities including but not limited to deal and document review, monitoring and management of handover deals, assistance to internal and external clients of the bank, implementation reports, and other administrative tasks which may be deemed necessary for the betterment of the division. Responsibilities Provides overall support to Service Management with regard to implementation and after-sales activities. Manages and monitors handover deals by Strategic Support Department and Account Management Department. Reviews accuracy and completeness of submitted documents. Coordinates with various units as may be necessary to track the progress of deals and accounts. Coordinates pre-implementation requirements with back-office and/or front-office units. Guides clients through onboarding and implementation process. Conducts basic implementation training for corporate clients’ assigned users as may be needed. Attends to transaction banking queries and concerns of internal and external clients. Gathers, collates, and analyzes relevant data and information and other processing requirements to aid the division in achieving focused and effective marketing efforts. Prepares reports used to monitor various activities which may be required by the department, division, and other bank units. Coordinates resolution of problems and issues relating to corporate cash management and trade with concerned units. Takes initiatives on the division’s recreational activities and team building program. Follows policies and procedures and completes necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Business related or Accounting field. Open for Fresh Graduates.
