Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of client information, policies, and transactions. Policy Processing: Assisting clients with policy applications, renewals, and adjustments. Claims Assistance: Providing support to clients during the claims process. Business Development: Developing strategies to attract new clients and increase sales. Reporting: Preparing reports on sales performance, client acquisition, and other relevant metrics. Essential Skills Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts and insurance products. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess financial situations, evaluate risks, and make sound recommendations. Sales and Persuasion Skills: Ability to effectively market insurance products and build trust with clients.
