About the Role As a Digital Sales VA (internally, E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist), you are the revenue hero. Your mission is to capture lost revenue and upscale the customer journey through personalized, persuasive outreach via email, SMS, and live chat. What You’ll Do Become an expert in Abandoned Cart Recovery, reaching out to potential buyers at the critical moment to close the sale. Use persuasive communication to provide tailored recommendations that guide buyers toward purchasing, increasing average order value. Act as a strategic partner, delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting issues efficiently to ensure seamless, friction-free transactions. Collaborate with a high-performing team to refine outreach campaigns that maximize sales and drive continuous growth. Requirements 1+ year of proven remote/online sales experience. 1+ year of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce. Exceptional communication and conversion mindset. Tech-savvy with familiarity of platforms like Shopify, CRM tools, or other customer engagement software. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment. Technical Requirements Personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher. Stable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload and download speeds. Quiet, professional workspace for calls.
