Overview

Accounts Receivable Specialist (Hybrid) at Eastvantage – Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. This role is open to candidates who will manage and optimize receivables processes to ensure timely payments and healthy cash flow.

Location: Taguig, Philippines

Work Mode: Hybrid

What You'll Do
  • Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions from lock box and local deposits
  • Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
  • Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers
  • Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
  • Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures
  • Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department
  • Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing reports
  • Receive credit applications, conduct credit checks and set up customer accounts on AX system
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections
  • Strong procedural and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Must have strong time management skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Ability to deal with difficult customers and build sound relationships with key stakeholders
  • Data entry and basic mathematical skills
