VP - Global Network Banking w/ RM Experience Responsibilities
  • Maximize customer value from an existing portfolio of Wholesale Banking relationships and identify areas to deepen relationships
  • Responsible for generating new business by identifying and acquiring new-to-bank clients
  • Assist senior RMs to formulate and implement strategy to drive growth within allocated industry sectors
  • Leverage the HSBC network and deal teams to drive client-specific account strategies and bring value to our client base
  • Action the highest level of customer due diligence to safeguard against financial crime risks
  • Produce quality credit proposals and take the lead to secure approvals in conjunction with the Bank’s underwriting team. Responsible for monitoring credit risks and initiating timely action to protect the bank from potential losses
  • Contribute to wider functional initiatives as assigned from time-to-time to contribute to the wider success of Wholesale Banking and Subsidiary Banking strategies
Qualifications
  • Proven relationship management experience
  • Analytical ability to facilitate the structuring of credits, able to put up quality credit packages and take the lead in securing credit approvals
  • Possess solid knowledge in banking products including across transaction banking including cash, trade and foreign exchange
  • Dynamic and forward thinking with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
