Work on transformation programs that modernize operations and drive innovation across our customer’s entire IT estate using the latest technologies in cloud, applications, security, IT Outsourcing, business process outsourcing and modern workplace.My role of Test Engineer is accountable to plan, design and develop manual and automation test tools, methodologies, script & execute end to end automation and manual test cases, track results, and log defects.Responsibilities:• Creating test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for both automated and manual testing.• Developing scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks.• Contributing to implement repeatable automated tests during sprints to ensure quality, reduce test execution time, & incorporate automated tests into CI/CD processes.• Planning the budget and labour needs of each sprint and product releases.• Working in a dedicated squad team and helping to drive product quality.• Ensuring all assigned testing deliverables timelines are met within the sprint and product release.• Creating and communicating test reports for stakeholders such as the principal engineer, product owner, scrum master, & release management.• Liaising with business users, business analysts and engineers to ensure that any assigned defects are resolved.• Maintaining awareness of external environments and trends in testing, in order to contribute to the improvement of processes and assets.• Promoting productivity through test automation tools, methodologies and best practices.• Coaching and training other team members on manual and automated testing.• Adapting new way of working, finding ways to continually improve, and actively participating in squad events.**Mandatory Skills Description:**• Playwright• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics or equivalent work experience• 2+ years of software testing experience (Manual and Automation)• 1+ year of automation experience with preferably playwright or selenium• Experience in both manual and automated testing including planning, test case design, test reporting, defect tracking, estimating and test coverage• Experience working with external parties & vendors• Demonstrated capability to learn and understand a business and its processes and systems in depth• Experience with Selenium as well as other tools (e.g. Java, Maven, & Postman)• Demonstrated skills with REST and SOAP webservices, & API testing• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines and parallel test execution• Experience testing web, mobile and windows applications• Ability to work across multiple products / platforms / squads• Agile methodologies• Regular use of a defect and test management system such as JIRA, Confluence & SharePoint**Nice-to-Have Skills Description:**• Prior experience in outsourced employee benefits and administration service domain**What awaits you in DXC:*** Health Insurance (HMO) for you and dependents upon hiring* Life Insurance coverage from day 1 of employment* 15 - 20 Days’ Vacation and 15 Days Sick Leave* Expanded maternity leave up to 120 days and Maternity Benefits* Expanded paternity leave up to 30 days* Non-Taxable Allowance (De-minimis)* Company-sponsored trainings upskilling, and certification* SMART First Working Arrangements* Healthy and Encouraging Work Environment* Recognition and Pay for Performance Culture* Supplemental Pay (Standby/Shift)* Retirement Program* Employee Assistance Program**If you are motivated to deliver excellent results, want to grow your career and make a difference, come join us.****We are DXC.**At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
