Sales Designer- Corp. Job summary: • He/She is responsible for preparing design conceptualization, layout, space planning, project quotations, drawing detail for customized furniture and product presentations- including swatch boards as needed. • Assists the account executive in the client meeting and does site measurement and site verification. • Checks the order sheet and prepares a detailed drawing for production. Job description: • Make layouts of office furniture according to clients’ requirements through AutoCAD/Sketch up program. • Make summary of items used in layout for quotation. • Quotation checking • Prepare made to order drawings/ customized furniture drawing detail. • Make isometric illustration/3D presentation and renderings as visual aid to the customers. • Conduct site verification prior to design preparation or delivery as the case maybe. • Prepare detailed plan and product specifications as attachment to Order sheet. • Make sample catalogs/presentation boards/swatch board for the project. Job qualifications: • Must be a graduate of Industrial design, Drafting, product design development technology, architecture or similar field. • With 1 year experience and fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. • Must have an experience in space planning and office systems furniture design. • Knowledge in space planning, accessibility standards and construction drawing skills. • Must be proficient with the use of the following drawing utilities: AutoCad software, 3DMax, Sketch-up, rendering program (Vray, Keyshot), Adobe photoshop, MS Office. • Should be punctual, highly-organized with keen eye for details. • With pleasing personality and good moral character. • Hardworking and willing to travel. • People- oriented and honest • Passionate, efficient self-motivated, energetic and willingness to learn. • Willing to work at Sauyo, Novaliches QC (near Mindanao Ave).
