Project Management

  • Plan and manage construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
  • Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Site Supervision
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Supervise contractors, workers, and subcontractors, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Verify that materials used on-site comply with quality requirements.
Coordination and Communication
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
  • Provide regular updates to the Engineering Head regarding project progress and challenges.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders and resolve conflicts promptly.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, plans, and as-built drawings.
  • Ensure proper filing of permits, licenses, and compliance documents.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
  • Oversee periodic maintenance and repair works in supermarkets, warehouses, and leased properties.
  • Respond to emergencies, such as structural issues or equipment malfunctions, and recommend solutions.
Compliance and Safety
  • Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Implement and enforce safety measures for workers and site activities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction, site supervision, and facilities management, preferably in a retail, warehouse, or leasing environment.
  • Experience in handling multiple sites is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CAD software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction materials.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel to various sites.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
