ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Radiance Solar Solutions Inc. was established in 2020. We are the general contractor, dealing primarily on managing full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects and providing solar energy services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide immediate medical attention and first aid treatment to injured or ill workers on-site.
• Assess and stabilize patients in case of emergencies before referring them to healthcare facilities if necessary.
• Conduct regular health monitoring of workers, including vital signs and general well-being.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all site employees, including treatments administered and incidents reported.
• Prepare and submit medical incident reports to the HSE Manager and company management as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, providing guidance on maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
• Participate in regular safety audits and inspections, addressing any health-related concerns.
• Assist in developing and implementing site-specific emergency response plans.
• Conduct first aid and emergency drills in coordination with the HSE team.
• Provide basic health education and awareness to site personnel, including hygiene, disease prevention, and workplace safety.
• Manage the inventory of medical supplies and ensure the site clinic is fully stocked with necessary equipment and medications.
• Monitor expiration dates and replenish medical supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with accredited healthcare providers for worker health assessments and specialized treatment when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License
• Open to fresh graduates but must be willing to get a Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certificate
• BOSH certification is required for the role
• Experience in a Construction Industry is preferred but not required
• Willing to be assigned in San Pablo, Isabela
