ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Radiance Solar Solutions Inc. was established in 2020. We are the general contractor, dealing primarily on managing full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects and providing solar energy services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To perform tasks assigned for large scale solar projects, commercial, industrial, and residential rooftops projects especially on civil/electrical drawings and documents.
  • Initiates on-site supervision, progress monitoring, and coordination with the Project Management Team.
  • Ensures construction work adheres to the engineering design and requirements of international and local standards, local regulations, and clients' requirements.
  • Coordinate with Site Assessors, Project Management Team to complete designs, while meeting the customer's expectations with strict deadlines.
  • Conducts detailed monitoring and inspection of project/job site on a regular basis to monitor actual progress. Conduct meetings with the Project Engineers and Sub-contractors to monitor the actual progress of work.
  • Manage projects through design and construction, including RFI response, reviews, and meetings.
  • Communicate with local government units to ensure design meets all the necessary requirements.
  • Facilitates processing of legal and regulatory requirements which includes the Office of the Building Official, Department of Public Works & Highways, Bureau of Fire Protection, Electric Cooperatives, and other agencies for Building and Occupancy permit requirements.
  • Manage client relationships and project portfolios.
  • Work in a global team with good communication skills to provide technical support for projects.
  • Provide assistance during project implementation to ensure that the construction work conforms with the approved detailed engineering design.
  • Estimating project cost, preparing bids and proposals, and monitoring project expenses throughout the construction process.
  • Conducts site visits and fulfills other responsibilities assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With at least 2 years of experience as Project Engineer (Mechanical) in a Solar Industry
  • Willing to be assigned/relocate in San Pablo, Isabela
  • Preferably can start ASAP
