You will become an expert on the Bonus tools and Content Management Systems used. You will need to be a forward thinker and someone who enjoys the challenge of making data-driven decisions, as we move forward with a personalisation and optimisation strategy. What you will be doing: Build offers and promotional pages for our Sports offer Ensure your tasks are completed correctly and within the agreed SLA's Peer check bonuses and pages built by other team members Provide support to and create key relationships with multiple stakeholders across Trading, CRM, Commercial and Product & Technology teams Be passionate about continuous improvement and support and come up with initiatives to help grow the business. Use available reporting and analyze customer behavior with the purpose of enabling continual optimisation of site layouts. Ensure onsite content is always consistently in-line with the overall Sports strategy Check out what our competitors are doing and use the knowledge to improve what we do. Who we are looking for: Adaptable to learning new & multiple tools and systems Excellent organizational skills High attention to details Must have excellent Sports knowledge; Retail knowledge is a plus Minimum 1 year in online Sports experience Confident in using your own initiative Strong written and verbal English skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Interest in analytics and tools Experience with working with bonus and CMS systems and backoffices is welcomed What we offer: Financial : Competitive salary and bonus schemes.
