About the role Join the dynamic team at R-II Builders Inc. as a Project Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Based in Tondo Manila City, Metro Manila, you will play a key role in driving the company's strategic growth and delivering exceptional results for our valued clients. What you'll be doing Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project objectives Coordinate and oversee all construction activities, including managing subcontractors and suppliers Identify and mitigate risks, and implement strategies to address any issues that arise Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to provide updates and address concerns Prepare and present progress reports, financial statements, and other project documentation Lead and motivate the project team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team Proficient in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project and Excel Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred What we offer At R-II Builders Inc., we are committed to creating an environment where our employees can thrive.
