Overview

Overseeing the design and content of an advertising campaign to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience. Collaborating with clients or leadership to determine the goals of advertising projects and strategizing plans to meet those goals. Running campaigns to introduce prospective customers to new product releases and build brand awareness. Consistently managing and overseeing advertising campaigns to ensure they’re engaging customers and bringing in results. Analyzing results to determine what was successful and what to improve. Leading brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new advertising campaign concepts, including content and design elements.

WE ARE HIRING Position: Production Supervisor/Manager (Garment / Apparel)

Job Type: Full time

Location: San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines 4023

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Background in Merchandising and willing to do Merchandizing tasks
  2. Plan and Manage entire garment production flow from Raw Material receiving, to cutting, production, packing, loading.
  3. Ensure / coordinate with pertinent departments that materials are available for the shift run.
  4. Be able to monitor and evaluate performance of each section of the production team for maximum efficiency.
  5. Train crew & Production specialists according to set training plan
  6. Manage production schedules and delivery times.
  7. Manage quality defects.
  8. Prepares Operation breakdown and Machine Layout to meet schedule.
  9. Good knowledge on different machine types, folders, and sewing techniques to improve productivity.
  10. Writing reports, compilation/ completion of production reports is inherent in this position. He/she will attend production meetings and contribute in root cause analysis for problems and constant improvement of the production process.
  11. Develop and conduct internal compliance plans and test standards to prevent non-compliance of product outputs.
  12. Resolve non-compliance issues relative to production process, recommend changes if needed.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  2. Good with Computers
  3. Good communication skills
  4. Preferred with Experience in sewing operations
  5. Willing to work in San Pedro Laguna.
  6. Hardworking organized and can work under pressure
  7. Preferred with Industrial Engineering Background

Located at San Miguel Compound, Amante St., Landayan San Pedro, Laguna (Opposite Reitoh Cold Storage)
