About the role We are seeking an experienced Boiler Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation/Multiplast Corporation. This full-time position is based in Central Luzon and will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of our power plant boilers. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the activities of boiler operators and maintenance personnel during your assigned shift Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all boiler equipment and systems Troubleshoot and resolve any boiler-related issues that arise during your shift Maintain detailed records and logs of boiler operations and performance Implement and enforce all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment Communicate effectively with the management team and other departments as needed Provide training and guidance to junior boiler operators Assist in the planning and execution of scheduled boiler maintenance and overhaul activities What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience as a Boiler Shift Supervisor or equivalent role in the power generation industry Strong technical knowledge of boiler systems, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Proficient in interpreting and applying relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage a team of boiler operators Certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; Diploma in Power Plant Technology or equivalent technical qualification acceptable Valid boiler operator's license or certification Experience with industrial steam boilers (minimum 50 MW capacity) and familiarity with coal-fired or biomass systems is an advantage What we offer At Q.C.
