Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives across key markets in the IT services space. This role is ideal for a senior leader with a strong background in enterprise sales, software customization, cloud architecture, and managed services.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business expansion through strategic partnerships and new market penetration
  • Lead territory planning and guide BD teams in account strategy and execution
  • Oversee proposal positioning, negotiations, and deal closure with C-level stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and client delivery standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align business goals with operational execution
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in IT solutions sales, with proven success in enterprise-level engagements
  • Strong exposure to software development, cloud platforms, and staff augmentation models
  • Experience in leading teams, managing key accounts, and influencing senior decision-makers
  • Excellent business acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder communication
