This role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospects, engaging with potential customers through email, LinkedIn, and occasional phone calls, and setting appointments for the Origination team. Benefits and Compensation Permanent Work from Home Paid Time Off Monthly Performance Bonus Annual Bonus Key Responsibilities Conduct lead generation campaigns using platforms such as Costar and other data sources to identify ideal property candidates and ownership contacts. Build and maintain a database of target leads and companies. Perform outreach through email, LinkedIn , and occasional VoIP phone calls to schedule meetings with the Origination team. Manage follow-ups and maintain a consistent outreach cadence in CRM. Support marketing efforts by preparing and scheduling LinkedIn posts and content for company and leadership accounts. Assist in developing scripts, outreach templates, and lead qualification processes. Collaborate with the Origination team to align outreach efforts with sales strategy. Track and report on outreach activity, engagement metrics, and conversions. Maintain awareness of solar industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or inside sales roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, extroverted personality . Strong English proficiency (written and spoken). Proficiency in CRM platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience with VoIP tools (e.g., RingCentral, Zoom, Teams). Knowledge of the solar, renewable energy, or real estate industry preferred. Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet outreach and conversion targets. Key Attributes Outgoing, proactive, and self-motivated personality. Comfortable initiating contact and following up persistently with prospects. Integrity and professionalism in client communication. Ability to adapt messaging for different client personas (facility owners, developers, etc.).
