About the role CJNH Enterprises Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Renewable Energy & Power Group. In this full-time role based in Metro Manila, you will lead the delivery of large-scale solar energy projects, playing a crucial part in CJNH's mission to expand renewable power generation across the Philippines. What you’ll be doing Oversee all aspects of utility-scale solar project development and EPC team, from initial feasibility studies, planning, construction, through to commercial operation Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating the work of engineers, procurement specialists and other stakeholders Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful and on-time project delivery Liaise with regulators, local communities and other external stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or delays Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management Provide mentoring and guidance to more junior members of the project team What we’re looking for 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record in the renewable energy or power generation industry Proven ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget Experience managing EPC projects in MW scale In-depth understanding of engineering, construction and commissioning processes for utility-scale solar PV systems Familiarity with power sector regulations, grid interconnection requirements and other relevant technical and legal frameworks Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse teams and external partners Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness to optimize project economics Degree in engineering, project management or a related technical discipline is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or related technical field required What we offer At CJNH Enterprises Corporation, we are committed to providing our employees with a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
