Your Role As a content designer, you’ll combine content writing and problem-solving skills to transform complex processes into simple, understandable, and useful experiences. You will write clear and concise messaging for businesses, collaborating with cross-functional teams that include UX designers, strategists, visual designers, and product experts. You will work closely with the team to understand user needs and to ensure that content aligns with business goals and objectives. Understand target user/audience and business requirements and how content can potentially impact and solve business problems Researching, prototyping, and testing content with stakeholders and users. Take an inclusive (Accessibility, platform independent), global-first, and deeply human approach to creating content. Contribute and propose ideas with key internal and external senior stakeholders. Help organize content on various platforms/mediums to provide an optimal experience for target audiences. Excellent writing and editing skills, including the ability to self-edit and produce at pace. Excellent oral communication skills. Understands the impact of content design/strategy on customer experience and how it aligns with business objectives. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint (familiarity with Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint is a plus). Ability to write according to style guides and formatting rules. Eager to learn and explore new experiences. Excellent collaboration and keen listening skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and can break it down as part of a cross-functional team. Familiarity with Agile principles is a plus.
