Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Training Content Designer Supervisor to join our dynamic team in EDSA Greenfield, Mandaluyong City. As a Training Content Designer Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging and effective training programs to support the growth and development of our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing high-quality training content, including e-learning modules, presentations, and other learning materials.
  • Supervising and guiding a team of training content designers to ensure the timely delivery of training programs.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand training needs and requirements.
  • Continuously improving training programs based on feedback and evaluation to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Ensuring training content and delivery align with the company\'s learning and development strategy.
  • Providing coaching and support to the training content design team, fostering their professional development.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance and impact of training programs.
What we\'re looking for
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Training Content Designer or Instructional Designer.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems, authoring tools, and other educational technology.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing effective training programs, including e-learning modules and classroom-based training.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
