Role Overview The Account Executive (AE) plays a pivotal role in driving OakTech Systems’ sales growth by identifying, engaging, and closing clients within the capital markets and financial technology sectors. This position is ideal for a results‑oriented professional who excels in consultative B2B selling and thrives in a performance‑based environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify and engage potential clients; present and promote OakTech’s technology solutions to decision‑makers, investors, and key stakeholders. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and target new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and referrals. Use AI‑powered tools and CRMs like GoHighLevel to manage leads. Client Relationship Management: Build long‑term relationships, conduct product demos, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and optimize sales tactics to meet or exceed targets. Collaboration and Strategy Work closely with the SDR team to qualify and prioritize leads. Partner with marketing to align messaging and outreach campaigns. Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff post‑sale. Participate in strategy sessions to refine pricing and proposal frameworks. What We're Looking For Experience And Knowledge Proven B2B sales experience in tech, financial services, or capital markets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent English communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in CRM and productivity tools (GoHighLevel, Asana, Microsoft Suite). Ability to work independently and manage a remote sales pipeline. Skills And Attributes Results‑driven and entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable with a commission‑based structure.
