Overview

Senior Data Analyst – JLL

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing superior client service by efficiently managing time to meet required timeframes and obligations relating to the provision of quality client service.
  • Correctly using internal systems, processes and policies; ensuring work meets required standards and complies with industry and client requirements.
  • Maintaining a client-first attitude and delivering high-quality service to internal and external clients; handling inbound calls and client requests promptly and accurately.
  • Ongoing monitoring and management of internal systems throughout the workflow lifecycle.
  • Development and Innovation: monitor own performance against KPIs and adjust processes as needed to meet targets.
  • Other duties within safety and competency parameters as directed by the assigned Manager; conduct activities in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System.
Key Relationships
  • Internal: CMG-JBS Business Support Analyst – reporting on daily issues, sharing knowledge, building rapport with Brokers and CMG Manager for Operations to achieve goals.
  • External: Liaises with brokers regarding documentation or file clarification and contacts external parties as directed by the broker.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office, MS Windows, and Internet.
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable background is an advantage; PeopleSoft background is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Property and/or Administrative experience preferred; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and reliability; tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role or similar within the property industry.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Work productivity: e.g., action queues within defined timeframes; daily updates across systems; accurate notes with next steps.
  • Team focus: positive feedback from stakeholders and CMG team; willingness to assist others during quieter periods.
  • Quality and Compliance: requests completed within timeframes and in accordance with SOPs; proper reporting of incidents, hazards, risks, and opportunities.
Growth and Development
  • Identify service quality improvements and participate in initiatives to deliver enhancements; communicate opportunities for new business as appropriate.
