Overview

We are looking for ahighly analytical and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team for a project-based role. The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce or related industries and is capable of providing leadership support to junior analysts. Candidates with team management experience will be prioritized.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and clear data solutions in alignment with established SOPs.
  • Perform daily configuration and maintenance of CPV foundational data, including category trees and category attributes.
  • Update and manage features or specifications related to category attributes.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and support team efficiency.
  • Provide basic supervisory support and assist in mentoring junior analysts, as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure data integrity across platforms.
Qualifications
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • High school graduate or college level.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant BPO experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
  • Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon).
  • Strong leadership and team coordination experience is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in using Office tools and computer systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working within company policies and data governance standards.
Work Setup
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig (office-based)
  • Worksetup:Monday-Friday,9:30AM-6:30PM,ManilaTime
  • Can start immediately
