Overview
We are looking for ahighly analytical and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team for a project-based role. The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce or related industries and is capable of providing leadership support to junior analysts. Candidates with team management experience will be prioritized.
Responsibilities- Ensure accurate, timely, and clear data solutions in alignment with established SOPs.
- Perform daily configuration and maintenance of CPV foundational data, including category trees and category attributes.
- Update and manage features or specifications related to category attributes.
- Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and support team efficiency.
- Provide basic supervisory support and assist in mentoring junior analysts, as needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- High school graduate or college level.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant BPO experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon).
- Strong leadership and team coordination experience is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using Office tools and computer systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working within company policies and data governance standards.
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig (office-based)
