Junior Fund Accountant (Private Equity | Mid Shift) – Infinit-O, Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines

Overview

We are seeking a Junior Fund Accountant to support fund administration and private equity-related accounting activities. The role focuses on leveraging CFO services, capital calls and distributions, audit/tax support, and financial reporting to LPs and founders, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Help provide leverage to our clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs while effectively scaling our CFO services.
  • Capital calls and distributions
  • Audit/tax support
  • Pre/post close services
  • Quarterly and annual financials
  • Limited Partner communications
  • Bring transparency to founders, VCs, and LPs and help our clients make more accurate decisions by helping them utilize our tools and resources such as real-time IRR and additional data points (TVPI, RVPI)
Qualifications
  • 0-1 year of professional accounting experience
  • 0-1 year of closed-end fund accounting experience
  • Experience in interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to decide when to act versus escalate
  • Interested in providing best-in-class service
  • Effective communication with stakeholders and ability to multitask to meet deadlines
  • understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund of Funds, Fund Administration
  • Experience working with Crypto funds is advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with Investran experience
  • Willingness to work on fast-paced projects with a supportive team
