Overview

Junior Fund Accountant (Private Equity | Mid Shift) – Infinit-O, Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines

Infinit-O is a global business process outsourcing partner focused on people and performance. We support clients in Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology with data-driven solutions, high-performance teams, and cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities
  • Help provide leverage to our clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs while effectively scaling our CFO services. This includes strategic support such as:
  • Capital calls and distributions
  • Audit/tax support
  • Pre/post close services
  • Quarterly and annual financials
  • Limited Partner communications
  • Bring transparency to founders, VCs, and LPs and help clients make more accurate decisions by providing tools and resources such as:
  • Real-time IRR
  • Additional data points (TVPI, RVPI)
Job Requirements and Credentials
  • 0-1 year of professional accounting experience
  • 0-1 year of closed-end fund accounting experience
  • Experience in interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to judge when to decide vs. escalate
  • Interested in providing best-in-class service
  • Effective communication with stakeholders and ability to multitask to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund of Funds, and Fund Administration
  • Experience with Crypto funds is advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with Investran experience
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team
