Infrastructure Engineer - Cisco Voice

Work Set up: Hybrid in Taguig City Work Schedule: Mid Shift

Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 2x per week Employment Type: Contract ( 6 months/1 year subject to extension/Absorption) Preferably those who can start ASAP/Immediate but still open for those who needs to render their notice period

Primary Skills:

Cisco Telephony to Microsoft Teams Migration Specialist.

Job Description:

Perform detailed assessment and documentation of existing Cisco CUCM/Unity infrastructure, call flows, and dial plans.

  • Support Direct Routing design activities including SBC configuration, SIP trunking, and global voice policy alignment.
  • Work closely with onshore leadership to prepare migration roadmap and execution plans.
  • Assist in Teams voice enablement, testing, user onboarding, and post-migration hypercare.
  • Maintain logs, issue trackers, and reporting for migration progress and dependencies.

Must have and Good to have skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, and PSTN integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone System, voice policies, and SIP protocols.
  • Familiarity with call quality troubleshooting and QoS network requirements.
  • Experience in enterprise telephony transformations in multi-region environments
