Role: Mortgage Broking Assistant Work Arrangement: Work From Office Location: Pampanga Schedule: Morning Shift Responsibilities Prepare and review loan applications and supporting documents for submission. Perform credit checks and assist with basic credit analysis. Liaise with clients to collect outstanding documents and respond to inquiries. Track application progress across multiple lenders and update CRM accordingly. Follow up with lenders, assessors, and settlement agents to ensure timely processing.
