Mortgage Broker Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated Mortgage Broking Assistant to provide vital administrative and client support. You will work closely with our mortgage broker to ensure client applications and documents are processed efficiently and accurately. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organised, and eager to grow in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with admin-related tasks, including booking meetings and managing calendars.
- Collect, organise, and follow up on client documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Track deals and manage deadlines to ensure smooth processing.
- Support loan processing workflows.
- Liaise with clients (after probation) via phone or email.
- Create and maintain Excel-based calculators for banks (after probation).
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business (or equivalent).
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Familiarity with Outsource or other aggregator software (training provided).
- Comfortable using Adobe Reader/Pro.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
