Senior Mortgage Delivery Manager (US Mortgage) As a Senior Mortgage Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee end-to-end mortgage processing services for U.S. clients, from pre‑processing to post‑closing. In‑depth understanding of the full U.S. mortgage lifecycle and compliance requirements. Proven experience managing offshore or nearshore teams in client‑facing settings. Proficiency with LOS platforms (e.g., Encompass, Calyx Point) and CRM tools. Familiarity with MPO delivery models. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage regulatory standards. Effective leadership and people management skills. Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and drive improvements. Proficiency in mortgage servicing systems and Microsoft Office tools. Willingness to work the night shift under a hybrid setup. Your Daily Tasks Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure high‑quality and timely delivery of mortgage operations services aligned with SLAs and compliance standards; oversee document verification, credit/title checks, and underwriting support. Leadership & People Management: Lead, motivate, and develop operations teams; conduct performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring. Customer Experience: Champion a customer‑first culture, serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. mortgage clients, manage escalations. Risk & Compliance Management: Enforce strict adherence to U.S. mortgage regulatory standards; collaborate with compliance teams. Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency through workflow optimization, maintain audit‑ready documentation, leverage LOS integrations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Performance & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report key operational metrics; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
