What You’ll Do
  • Provide functional SAP support and resolve user inquiries.
  • Manage and close incident tickets with precision and speed.
  • Lead bridge calls for cross-team incident resolution.
  • Monitor recurring issues and escalate problems proactively.
  • Maintain ERP documentation and contribute to knowledge base development.
  • Ensure compliance with PLDT Group standards and governance protocols.
What You Bring

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ERP functional or business process areas.
