Job Description

Role 1: Quality Assurance Specialist
  • Responsibilities: Define process quality issues, measure current process performance, analyze root causes, develop targeted process improvements; perform data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trending to develop appropriate process control changes; collaborate with the team to recommend changes in process/approach; monitor the efficacy of updated workflows; stay up to date with latest business practices and technologies; oversee the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering; 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance and process improvement; strong knowledge of ISO certification process; strong analytical and client-focused problem-solving skills.

Role 2: Document Controller / QA/QC
  • Responsibilities: Intake, management, storage of documents; review, processing, filing; manage documentation operations; monitor and evaluate internal processes for quality; engage with students, gather feedback; maintain document access, intake, and archiving; design templates for documents and databases; ensure accuracy and compliance; control document flow; report errors in storage; ensure secure destruction of sensitive documents; maintain document management systems and physical records; assist employees with document access; develop quality control processes; engage with students and gather feedback; produce statistical quality reports; improve efficiency.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related; 1–2 years in document/archive/records management; strong MS Office skills; good typing and report-writing; detail-oriented; familiarity with document regulations; Lean Six Sigma certificate.

Quality Control Supervisor

  • Responsibilities: Lead food safety and quality assurance programs; supervise audits and inspections of food handling, storage, and service to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; lead a team of analysts/inspectors to evaluate quality of materials, in-process goods, procedures, and operations.

Quality Control Supervisor — Fintech or BPO
