Should you join our Private Banking business, you will focus on building close relationship with our high-net-worth customers, providing professional advice and premium service to them and contribute to the profitability of the Bank. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager , reporting to Team Head Relationship Management. Principal Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of ultra HNW private banking customers Provide investment advice and deliver premium service to customers and execute their orders Perform investment portfolios analysis, monitor the performance and make necessary recommendation on portfolio re-allocation Manage the credit quality and monitor the exposure of customers’ loan portfolios Work with internal departments to solicit business referrals Requirements University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications such as CFP or CFA Passes in the HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations Proven banking experience, with good knowledge of investment products Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges Strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and relationship management skills Proficiency in both written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Relationship Manager The employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
