HSBC National Capital Region, Philippines Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Junior Wealth Sales Relationship Manager - BGC/Makati/Ortigas Branch . The role is client‑facing and focuses on managing a portfolio of Premier customers, acquiring new business, cross‑selling products and enhancing client relationships within the HSBC wealth ecosystem. Responsibilities The role holder is responsible for: Acquiring, cross‑selling, and retaining a portfolio of wealth clients; growing the investment business including insurance, funds and fixed‑income products; and providing investment advisory support to customers. Partnering with HSBC branch relationship managers and heads to achieve business performance measures and the defined investment performance plan. Reviewing and adjusting client portfolios to identify cross‑selling opportunities while embedding client loyalty through high‑quality, personalised service. Maintaining operational integrity, managing individual performance, and contributing to a productive branch environment. Achieving agreed financial targets by developing both existing and new client relationships. Demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs to recommend appropriate products and services, ensuring successful sales closures. Actively owning client relationships within HSBC Wealth Solutions and maintaining awareness of relevant products and services across the Group. Collaborating with the integrated brokerage management team and branch team to meet performance measures and support the multi‑channel client journey. Ensuring 100% compliance with sales procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of three years of proven, progressive experience in financial services or retail sales. Strong record of sales results in insurance and investment products. Relationship‑management experience with high-net‑worth clients; strong communication, client focus and influencing skills. Technical expertise in wealth management and portfolio management. Knowledge of financial services products and the client relationship management system. Understanding of business banking client segments and relevant products and services. Valid local licences and accreditation for wealth management as required by country regulations.
